With strong family roots in Cape Town, South Africa, it began at home — making sausages by hand with South-African-sourced spices and a simple hand machine.
That spark grew into something bigger: a way to serve the rising UK demand for premium halal meat, especially among a younger Muslim generation. After more than 30 years in the IT industry, our founder took early retirement and made the leap into the meat trade.
